We ship our products worldwide. Please note that additional shipping charges and delivery times may apply for international orders.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.

Returns & Exchanges Policy for Kaltham's Pavilion

General Information

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Kaltham's Pavilion. If you are not entirely satisfied, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

  • You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.
  • Gift cards, sale items, and personalized items are not eligible for return.

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact our customer service team at within 30 days of receiving your order to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  2. Pack the items securely in the original packaging, if possible.
  3. Include the RA number and a copy of the original invoice in the package.
  4. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.


Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.


If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process for the unwanted item and place a new order for the desired item.
