Order Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase. Incase the item is out of stock, orders will take 4-6 weeks. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an update with us to monitor the status of your delivery.

Return and Exchange Eligibility
- You may return most new items within 1 week of delivery to exchange the items.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging to be eligible for an exchange.
- Bring the original invoice or certificate to be eligible to exchange.
- Gift cards, sale items, and personalized items are not eligible for return.
Return and Exchange Process
To initiate a return and exchange:

- Pack the items securely in the original packaging, if possible.
- Include the copy of the original invoice or certificate in the package.
- Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.
- The amount of the exchanged items should be same or higher of the purchased items.
Refunds
We don't do refund.

If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return and exchange process for the unwanted item and place a new order for the desired item.
